Affordable Care Act Barely Affordable?

Health care rebates are coming through as promised. CNN Article. In 80-20 (employer-employee) premium formulas, HRS clients are seeing taxable employee rebates as low as $12-15 each, which doesn't fill the gap of insurance premiums rising. For many, this rebate grants a .4% cash back against an ongoing 3-30% premium hike. Affordable? Forbes Article. For many, the cost of distributing this benefit outweighs the benefit itself. If your company is seeing a "healthier" rebate, please let us know.

Olympics in the Workplace... Friend or Foe?

Employees balance inspiration and distraction as social media and personal electronics allow Olympics monitoring during the workday. SHRM Article. HRS clients are making the most of the opportunity by structuring practices which restrict costly distraction while optimizing work ethic, pride, and the pursuit of excellence against never ending challenges.
