Join Our Business Development Team:

Description: Part-time flexible remote work! Business development is ongoing at HRS, and we're growing! Self-starters with proven success in professional service sales are encouraged to apply. Extraordinary revenue sharing is offered for sales planning, new client development and qualified lead generation. Opportunities range 10-20 hours per week with extremely flexible hours and allow remote work from home. Strategic planning with our key executive team is involved. A non-invasive relationship building approach is required, as our service excellence begins with our very first client contact. As a leader in employee engagement and incentive planning, HRS recognizes the value of profit sharing with team members. Local and/or nationwide opportunities are available. 
Qualifications: The keys to success in this role include critical thinking, professionalism, active listening and an enthusiastic enjoyment of cultivating new relationships. Proven success in lead generation and B2B professional service sales is a must, as this is a moderately independent role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field is strongly preferred. Candidates must embrace learning and a relentless demand for excellence.

Join Our Research Council:

Description:  HRS never stops researching, and as expert information specialists, we are expanding our Research & Education Council, specifically by inviting new article contributors. Positions are project-based, largely independent, flexible and can be well-served through mobile and/or home office communications. Individuals committed to excellence are encouraged to contribute. Research projects typically manifest in article publication, including published profiles of contributors. Council members may have opportunity to participate in consulting caseload as well. Individuals must be ambitious self-starters dedicated to building extraordinary decision tools for employers of choice.  Council shall be facilitated by top HRS leadership. 
Qualifications: Extraordinary study related to law, HR/OD, performance management, organizational communications, employer branding, benefits compliance and/or leadership protocol. Emerging and seasoned professionals alike are welcome to apply. Minimum junior status in related Bachelor's program.

Senior Advisors & Strategic Partners...
Senior Advisors are typically selected from individuals who have served and excelled on our team in a prior capacity. We prefer to promote from within; however, we enthusiastically accept guest contributions to articles, workshops and newsletters. Organizations interested in strategic partnership are equally encouraged to approach us with deliverable of value to our employer clients or loyal news subscribers. 

HRS has worked with many esteemed universities in creating internships, including internships for course credit. We offer internships to select undergrad Juniors, Seniors and Grad Students with cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher and studies directly related to our fields of expertise.  

Full-Time Practitioners & Administrative Support...
Although no new full-time opportunities are currently offered, we welcome your resume/CV for future opportunities. The best way to secure a future full-time role is to excel on our part-time or auxiliary teams.
